Camping: A cure for OCD?

I suspect most of my friends and for sure my family would say I'm somewhat OCD. I crave order, structure and ritual... you know, like most project managers ;-) Interestingly, as we've spent more time on the road and camping I find myself stressing less and less over the small details. Perhaps it's fatigue or the reality that it's impossible to maintain perfect order and cleanliness while you're on the road, but I like the results... As you travel, everything starts to find it's place, and I've won the game of tetris with all of the bags, boxes and containers both under the sleeping platform and in the roof box.

I've noticed this same situation in the past when camping, particularly with regard to dirt and food. When you're at home, any contaminant: a bug, mold or dirt would be met with revulsion and immediate removal. Outdoors, after a while at least, it's just additional protein and flavor ;-)
